Orders

We currently offer free delivery within Bahrain. If you would like to make a purchase and you do not see your country listed, please contact us at info@shaikhafakhro.com and we will have a sales representative contact you.

Approximate delivery time for products that are readily available in stock, is 3 to 5 business days.
Approximate delivery time for products that are not available in stock, is 10 to 15 business days.

 

Returns Policy

An Order for a non-bespoke product cancelled up to 24 hours after placing the order, will receive a full refund. Cancelation must be clearly communicated to us in writing and sent to our email address at info@shaikhafakhro.com. Sales are final for orders not cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order with us. Items in this case are ineligible for returns and exchanges, or for refunds.

Sales Tax

All prices are inclusive of sales tax if applicable based on your country of residence.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 2 days (48 hours) incase the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate whether an issue exists and take the appropriate action.

 If the item is indeed deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing defect or workmanship, we will gladly offer repairs. We will not accept the return of products or repair items that have been used, worn or damaged by you or a third party other than the manufacturer.

 When returning any goods, you must ensure that the goods arrive in their original condition. The goods must be well-packaged and delivered to us in a secured manner.

 If your return is accepted by us, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. We will not accept items that have been returned to us, unless you have first requested us for a return by writing, and your request was accepted by us in writing.

We do not give any guarantee or warranty as to the accuracy of the good. Some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
