We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery across the GCC. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@shaikhafakhro.com, and our team will assist you.

• In-stock pieces: Delivered within approximately 3–5 business days.

• Made-to-order pieces: For items temporarily unavailable in stock, delivery may take 10–15 business days.

• Customized jewellery: Crafted especially for you, with an estimated delivery time of 10–15 business days.

All shipping and customs fees are complimentary within the GCC.

Order Cancellations

Orders for non-bespoke products may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@shaikhafakhro.com.
Please note that personalized jewellery sales are final.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 10 business days of receiving your order by contacting us at contact@shaikhafakhro.com. Kindly specify the piece you wish to exchange it for. The item must be returned in its original, saleable condition.
